Exchange and return
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The Namasea Swim team is constantly investing in policies so that our customers are always satisfied. You can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
The following conditions must be observed:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging;
- The product must be returned with the label and without signs of use, in original condition and with hygiene protection still attached to garment.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.
WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an email to support@namaseaco.com and indicate:
- Product's name;
- Requested number;
- Email registered at purchase;
- Reason for exchange or return;
- IMAGE OR VIDEO PROOFING THE DEFECT, IF ANY.
Once all questions about returning the product are confirmed, we will inform you of the address for returning the product and refund the amount paid for the product and shipping.
REIMBURSEMENT METHODS
Credit Card Chargeback: This chargeback can appear on up to two invoices after the payment gateway completes the refund.
TED - Transfer to the customer's account that can be carried out within 10 business days after confirmation of the return.
THE TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE TO A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT.
