INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Namasea LLC is not responsible for the incorrect or incomplete filling in of the destination address of orders placed in the store. In case of incorrect or incomplete addressing, according to carrier rules, the order will be returned to the sender, with no further delivery attempts to that address.
If delivery is not carried out due to a difference in the address informed by the customer, the customer will not be entitled to a refund, customers shall be charged a re-shipment fee, in the amount of 15 dollars (shipping value + postage fee), to resend the product .
PROCESSING TIME
Once your order has been processed and payment entered into our system, the next steps are sorting, packing and shipping. This process usually takes about 1-3 business days.
DEADLINE FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCT AND TRACKING CODE
You will receive the tracking code in the email registered with the purchase within 7 business days after processing your order.

Our products are imported to the United States. Delivery time is estimated from 1 to 6 weeks after order is shipped. However, adverse factors such as delay in releasing the Federal Revenue, impossibility of delivery due to climatic factors or risk areas and national holidays may add a few days to the delivery of the product.
However, most of our customers receive their orders within 10 calendar days.
